Fetched information from our web platform is only used to:

• Display your enrollee details
• Show your benefits, dependants, authorizations, and claims
• Improve your app experience

• All data transmissions between the app and server are encrypted using secure protocols (HTTPS).
• We use an API Key system to protect access to our backend services.
• We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

4. Data Sharing

Your data is not shared with advertisers or analytics platforms. It is used strictly within Hyssop HMO for the sole purpose of managing your health insurance information.

Hyssop HMO retains user information only for as long as necessary to provide healthcare administration services, maintain account access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce organizational policies.

User account information such as names, email addresses, policy numbers, and related enrollee records may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter where required for administrative, audit, legal, healthcare, or security purposes.
